PAYMENTS

Placing an order takes just a few simple steps:

  • Click on the product you like
  • Select the size you want
  • Select Quantity
  • Click on add to cart
  • Click on proceed to purchase
  • Enter all shipping details
  • Enter your payment details
  • Confirm everything and your order is done!

We accept credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal payments on our site.

Payment is charged instantly if the card is authorized and you will receive an order confirmation email as a result. If the card does not get authorized, the payment will not be charged. There may be various reasons, check that you have the funds available or that there are no problems with your card. If the problem persists, contact us here

SHIPPING

In Italy the products are delivered in 1/2 working days. For international shipping please visit the dedicated page with all the details clicking here.

After placing an order on our website with an order confirmation email, you will receive a second email when your order will be shipped accompanied by its tracking code to follow the updates of the package. For any information about your order you can contact us here. 

For Italy the courier GLS will make 2 delivery attempts, while for international shipments the courier FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts. For more information contact us here. 

Contact us here , in the email, we ask you to provide your order number and correct shipping address so we can see if we can change it. If your order has already been shipped, we can try to ask you to change the address. In the event that the carrier does not give us the option to change it, unfortunately you will have to pay for a new shipment since you entered your address incorrectly.
