  1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data of the Users of the Site ("Data") may be processed for the following purposes.


3.1Navigation data


The navigation data will be used:(i) in order to monitor the correct functioning of the Site, (ii) in anonymous and aggregate form, for statistical purposes related to the understanding of how the Site is used by Users, to improve ease of access and increase attractiveness, as well as (iii) to detect any technical problems as soon as possible.


The information is collected automatically by the Site and does not require any action on the part of the User.

The provision of data is necessary to allow WSC to receive and respond to the Users' requests:therefore, in the event of failure to communicate the data, it will not be possible for WSC to follow up on the User's requests.


3.3Site account registration


The data communicated by the Users by filling out the form in the"Login/Register"section of the Site will be processed to (i) allow the User to access their own private area; (ii) make purchases of the Products without having to enter contact and shipping data each time; and (iii), in case of express consent given by the User, to receive the newsletter and stay updated on WSC news.


The legal basis of this processing is the need to carry out pre-contractual and contractual measures adopted at the request of the User, and to fulfill the related legal obligations and, in the case of processing for sending and receiving the WSC newsletter, the legal basis is the express consent given by the User directly through the Site.

The provision of data is necessary to complete the purchase of the Products:therefore, in case of refusal or failure to communicate the requested data - including the data required for registering the account on the Site - it will not be possible for WSC to follow up on the requests. of the User.


3.5Subscription to the newsletter and receipt of communications with commercial content


The data collected (i) on the occasion of the request for subscription to the newsletter service or (ii) on the occasion of the purchase of the Products, with the prior consent of the User, will be processed for sending information and commercial communications on the activities and products of WSC.


In this context, the collected data may be disclosed:

The legal basis of this treatment is the express consent given by the User directly through the Site.


The provision of data is necessary to complete the registration to, and use the newsletter service:therefore, in case of refusal or failure to communicate the requested data, it will not be possible to receive the WSC newsletters.


The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time, by following the procedure indicated at the bottom of each newsletter or by sending a specific communication to WSC at the addresses indicated in point 8 below.



  1. METHOD OF TREATMENT

The Data will be processed both in paper form and with electronic, IT or automated tools, through systems that ensure their protection, security and confidentiality.The Data will be stored by WSC on the servers of the company delegated by it (Shopify International Ltd based in Ireland) and will be processed by subjects to whom WSC has given adequate operating instructions with particular reference to the security measures adopted.


Furthermore, WSC has adopted specific and adequate logical, legal, organizational and technical security measures to prevent the loss of data, illicit or unauthorized use of the same and unauthorized access.


 

  1. COMMUNICATION OF DATA and DATA RECIPIENTS

The Data may be known by employees and/or collaborators of WSC, specifically designated as persons authorized to process (such as, by way of example, the persons in charge of the administrative, accounting and information systems functions).


The User Data may also be disclosed to third parties who provide ancillary services or services related to the management of the Site, its functions or which are necessary for the performance of the e-commerce service.In this case, the third party recipients of the Data - independent data controllers or duly designated as data processors - belong to the following categories:


  • subjects who carry out, on behalf of or in favor of WSC, tasks of a technical and organizational nature or of professional assistance/consultancy, in particular accounting consultants, legal and notaries, shipping and logistics companies for the management of purchases of Products (iethe shipping company PVS), companies appointed by WSC;

  • companies providing software and IT services, website managers of WSC (Shopify International Ltd, PVS Services Italia Srl).

 


  1. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

The data will not be disclosed.


 

  1. STORAGE PERIOD

The Data collected and processed by WSC, for the purposes identified in point 3 above, may be stored in a form that allows the identification of the User for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing and, in particular:


  • The navigation data do not persist for more than 24 hours and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the competent judicial authority);
  • for the treatment referred to in point 2 aimed at meeting the User's requests, the data communicated by the User are kept for up to 12 months after receiving the request;
  • for the processing referred to in point 3 aimed at receiving the User's request to register on the Site, they are kept up to 24 months after the last access to the personal account; with 2 months' notice, we will inform the User that, in case of failure to access, the Data will be deleted and he will no longer be able to access the WSC reserved area;
  • for the treatment referred to in point 4 aimed at meeting the User's requests to purchase the Products offered for sale by WSC, the data are kept for the entire duration of the relationship and for the subsequent period necessary to fulfill the related obligations in this regard tax and accounting, as well as to ensure the judicial protection of WSC's rights;
  • for the processing defined in point 5, i.e. for sending newsletters with informative or commercial content, for the period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the last contact;

The Data may be kept for longer periods where necessary to fulfill legal obligations, or to protect the rights of WSC, until the relative limitation period expires.


  1. USER RIGHTS AND CONTACT DATA

The User may, at any time and within the limits in which the rights are applicable:(I) obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him; (II) request access to their personal data; (III) request the rectification, cancellation or limitation of the processing of personal data; (IV) oppose the processing, or revoke the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing on the basis of the consent given before the revocation; (V) receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning him provided to WSC, as well as request that such data be transmitted to another data controller (right to the portability of personal data); (VI) to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, or appeal to the competent judicial authority.
