Returns and Refunds

To return an item purchased online, follow these steps:

  1. send an email to indicating the order number and the email address associated with the time of purchase, the item (s) you wish to return and the reason for the return;

  1. WSC within 72 hours of receiving the email referred to in point 1, notify the customer of the return procedures including the date of collection and the time slot; the address for collection is assumed to be the same in which the shipment took place, unless the customer specifies a different one (in any case in the same country/country) in the email referred to in point 1.


  1. Carefully pack the goods using its original packaging or a sufficiently robust alternative;


  1. Print/rewrite in block letters the return authorization number and the shipping address that will be communicated to you via email;


The return shipment is entirely at our expense if carried out within 14 days of delivery of the product using the GLS (for Italy) or FEDEX (extra Italy) courier and only if the above procedure is respected. Once the return has arrived at the warehouse, the cost of the product will be refunded but not the initial shipping costs. Web Stars Channel declines all responsibility and will not refund in the event of returns damaged or lost during transport carried out by carriers other than GLS and FEDEX.


The return can only be shipped from the country of origin of the order.


All Web Stars Channel products are equipped with an identification tag closed with a seal, which shows the product code and is a guarantee of their authenticity. It is necessary not to remove the tag if you want to return the product.




The reimbursement timing is subject to the receipt of the returns and the payment method chosen. For the credit card, the repayment time depends on the institution that issued the card. For Paypal the refund will be visible directly on the PayPal account itself.
